Montgomery County Policy on ASVAB

The Montgomery County, Maryland, School District has implemented a policy that any school which administers the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) test must chose "Option 8: No release of information." This will prevent military recruiters from accessing student information and test results without written consent.

Montgomery County Public Schools have taken this step because "Ensuring student privacy, as well as parental notification and consent, are of the utmost importance."
